How do I enter and exit P2 car park?

P2 car park is the nearest multi-storey parking area near the Domestic terminal. To enter the car park, follow signs for the ‘P2 car park’ as you enter the domestic precinct.

If you have pre-booked online, scan the QR code on your booking confirmation email at the entry gate; alternatively insert or tap the nominated credit card to activate your booking. If you drive up, just take a ticket at the gate. To exit the car park, follow signs to the exit and insert your ticket at the gate.

How do I amend or cancel my Sydney Airport car park booking?

To amend your booking, go to the top of the page and click ‘MANAGE/CANCEL’. Enter your email address, booking reference number and click SUBMIT.

To modify your contact details or your vehicle registration, follow the above steps and click 'MODIFY DETAILS' at the bottom of the page. Make the relevant changes and click save. Modifying your contact details will not cancel your booking.

To modify the selected car park or booking dates, click 'MODIFY' at the bottom of the page. Confirm your new selection and follow the payment prompts. The new booking confirmation will be emailed to you. Please note, the fee paid for your original booking will be automatically refunded via the payment method used to complete the booking.

To cancel your booking, click 'CANCEL' at the bottom of the page and following the prompts. The cancellation confirmation will be emailed to you.

All refunds can take 2-3 business days for the refund to be visible on your account.

You can modify or cancel your booking up to 2 hours prior to your nominated entry time.

All Sydney Airport car parks (P2 / P3 / P7) are undercover with the exception of the roof top.

International Public Pick-up zone and Blu Emu car park are open air.

How do I book a guaranteed space at Sydney Airport?

Guaranteed Space is the closest self-park option to both Domestic terminals, just a short 2 minutes walk away. To book a guaranteed space at Sydney Airport, click here, choose your entry and exit times, and select ‘Guaranteed Space’ when you book.

A Guaranteed Space booking must be made at least one calendar day prior to your nominated entry time.

Is the Sydney Airport car park undercover?

Is there a vehicle height restriction for the P2 Domestic Car Park?

Yes, the P2 Domestic car park has a height restriction of 2.1 metres. The bridge on level 3 is 1.98 metres, as signposted. If your vehicle is higher than 1.98 metres, please do not attempt to access the bridge.

What are the opening and closing hours of the P2 Domestic Car Park?

P2 Domestic car park is open 24 hours, 7 days a week to meet all needs.

How long before my flight should I drop my vehicle off at P2 Car Park?

The P2 car park is an approximate 5 minute walk to the Domestic terminals. However, you should refer to your airline for all check-in times and flight advice.

You should also allow sufficient time to find a parking space. At peak times, our car parks, as well as the roads around the airport may be particularly busy.

What happens if I lose my P2 parking ticket?

There may be additional charges if you lose your parking ticket. For 24/7 assistance, please press the help button at the exit boom gate and one of our friendly team members will do their best to assist you.

If you are a pre-booked customer, please have your booking details ready for the operator. We will use reasonable endeavours to honour your online reservation.

What is the maximum amount of time I can park my car at P2 Parking for?

To find out if a booking offer is available for the dates and times you require, simply go to prebook.sydneyairport.com.au to obtain a quote. 

Bookings are not essential, drive-up parking is available for an unlimited time but ‘drive-up’ customers are advised to review our standard, non-booked parking rates prior to entering the car park.

It is important to notify Sydney Airport if you intend to park longer than 60 days.
