Customers are advised to use P1/P2 car park at the Domestic terminal and P7 at the International terminal during this period.

2. Book your spot

Book valet parking online ahead of time, or simply drive up on the day.

3. Drop off

Drop off your vehicle and keys with one of the dedicated valet staff, and head straight to the terminal.

4. Pick up

We’ll hand you back your keys, assist you with your luggage and help you on your way.

Most frequently asked questions

How do I amend or cancel my Sydney Airport car park booking?

To amend your booking, go to the top of the page and click ‘MANAGE BOOKING’. Enter your email address, booking reference number and click SUBMIT.

To modify your contact details or your vehicle registration, follow the above steps and click 'MODIFY DETAILS' at the bottom of the page. Make the relevant changes and click save. Modifying your contact details will not cancel your booking.

To modify the selected car park or booking dates, click 'MODIFY' at the bottom of the page. Confirm your new selection and follow the payment prompts. The new booking confirmation will be emailed to you. Please note, the fee paid for your original booking will be automatically refunded via the payment method used to complete the booking.

To cancel your booking, click 'CANCEL' at the bottom of the page and following the prompts. The cancellation confirmation will be emailed to you.

All refunds can take 2-3 business days for the refund to be visible on your account.

Please note, you can modify your booking up to 6 hours before your booked time or cancel it up to 24 hours prior to your nominated entry time.

What is valet parking?

Valet parking is a premium parking service offered at Sydney Airport. In contrast to self-parking where you park your own vehicle, the valet staff park your vehicle for you and you simply pick it up when you return. Valet parking is available close to both the International and Domestic terminals.

Do you have to pay for valet parking?

Yes, all customers utilising valet parking need to pay for this service. Pre-book or drive up on the day. For drive up rates please click here.

Can you park your own car at valet?

When you book valet parking at Sydney Airport, the valet staff take care of parking your vehicle for you. Simply drop off your keys and we’ll take care of the rest.

Do valets keep your keys?

Yes. The valet staff will keep your keys securely stored until you return to pick up your vehicle.
