How do I enter and exit the P7 car park?
P7 car park is the nearest multi-storey parking area near the International terminal. To enter the car park, follow signs for the ‘P7 car park’ as you enter the international precinct.
If you have pre-booked online, scan the QR code on your booking confirmation email; alternatively insert or tap the nominated credit card to activate your booking. If you drive up, just take a ticket at the gate. To exit the car park, follow signs to the exit and insert your ticket at the gate.

How do I amend or cancel my Sydney Airport car park booking?
To amend your booking, go to the top of the page and click ‘MANAGE/CANCEL’. Enter your email address, booking reference number and click SUBMIT.
To modify your contact details or your vehicle registration, follow the above steps and click 'MODIFY DETAILS' at the bottom of the page. Make the relevant changes and click save. Modifying your contact details will not cancel your booking.
To modify the selected car park or booking dates, click 'MODIFY' at the bottom of the page. Confirm your new selection and follow the payment prompts. The new booking confirmation will be emailed to you. Please note, the fee paid for your original booking will be automatically refunded via the payment method used to complete the booking.
To cancel your booking, click 'CANCEL' at the bottom of the page and following the prompts. The cancellation confirmation will be emailed to you.
All refunds can take 2-3 business days for the refund to be visible on your account.
You can modify or cancel your booking up to 2 hours prior to your nominated entry time.

There is no express pick up zones at the P7 car park. The Express Pick-up zones is located on Centre Road opposite P7 car park. Drive up on the day and park for free at the express pick-up zones for up to 15 minutes once per calendar day.

P7 International car park is open 24 hours, 7 days a week to meet all needs.
Is there a vehicle height restriction for the P7 International Car Park?
Yes, there is a height restriction of 2.2 metres to enter the P7 multi-storey car park.
How long before my flight should I drop my vehicle of at P7 Car Park?
The International P7 car park is an approximate 3 - 5 minute walk to the T1 International terminal. However, you should refer to your airline for all check-in times and flight advice.
You should also allow sufficient time to find a parking space. At peak times, our car parks, as well as the roads around the airport may be particularly busy.
What happens if I lose my P7 parking ticket?
There may be additional charges if you lose your parking ticket. For 24/7 assistance, please press the help button at the exit boom gate and our friendly team will do their best to assist you.
